The Tax Section takes the issue of privacy seriously. We let the user decide what information to give us, and explain exactly what is done with it. The Tax Section will never sell, distribute, barter or transfer any personally-identifiable information obtained from a user to a third party.

Information Gathered
The Tax Section gathers information about its users in order to offer useful and easily accessible online content while providing privacy protection.

Website Visitors and Newsletter Subscribers: The Tax Section catalogs traffic patterns throughout the site through non-invasive click-through tracking. The Tax Section develops summary reports for in-house use only.

Business Relationships
The Tax Section's website may link to other websites. The Tax Section is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those sites.
