John Chapoton
John E. (Buck) Chapoton, formerly of Vinson Elkins in Houston, and now with Brown Advisory in Washington, D.C., served with distinction as Assistant Secretary of Treasury for Tax Policy (1980-1984), a period of extraordinary tax reform. In his interview, Buck Chapoton recounts his interesting career in tax law and especially his time at the forefront of major tax reform.
